“Acknowledging the good you already have in your life is the foundation for abundance”

If we want to feel grateful, we have to learn how to practice gratitude. Gratefulness is a tool to enhance your life and challenge negative thoughts. How do we practice this?
There are many ways to practice gratitude.
Gratitude Journal- you can do this in the morning or at night. Write down at least 5-10 things about what you are grateful for. This can help you bring appreciation to the little things in life. THE LITTLE THINGS MAKE THE BIG THINGS.
A simple thank you- say thank you to someone who has helped you. When we show appreciation to others, we acknowledge the goodness in them.
Practice kindness and selfishness- when we are kind and caring towards others, we connect to our heart. Our heart is where gratefulness is found.
Mindfulness- when we allow ourselves to be fully present in a moment, it allows us to open our hearts to joy. Mindfulness is focusing on the present, so we can enhance our experience. The more we enjoy our lives, the more we can appreciate it.
